you have the extended warranty, that SHOULD have the date of purchase and the end date as well as serve as the proof of purchase and serial number.
I have never needed a box to return with a purchased warranty, but I'm in Cali, no idea about Canada.

Ah, ok thanks guys. Next time I probably shouldn't buy from Logitech for their headsets. Beyerdynamic here I come!

Nothing inherently wrong with logitech.

been using a logitech trackball forever and will till I die (turns and looks at spares). trackman marble.
I purchased a headset a couple years back and have been blwon away with the quility of the Mic the comfort and the sound quality all around. Xiberia E1. if you can find them I highly suggest you do. they (E1) may be discontinued but if xiberia uses the same mic in other headsets they are worth it for the mic alone.

these are the only two items I wholeheartedly suggest to everyone.
