Keep an eye on SMART IDs C5 & C6 and if they start getting worse, replace the drive.
As regards any important data on it, keep that backed up to another drive at all times (something you should be doing anyway regardless of drive health).

Thanks, i have a back-up anyways. Could a failing hard drive affect the performance of my other hard drive ? I ask because recently while playing games my FPS has been a lot lower than usual. My games are stored on a different hard drive to my OS...
