Do i need to buy a CPU and a GPU cooler

I am planning on using a AMD FX 8320 and a GTX 650 TI boost 2GB edition (zotac). i wanted to ask if i need a cooler for my CPU and GPU, i know they go hot but will my processor fan and 2 cabinet fan be enough for it.
which products should i use in case it is necessary to get the coolers.

If you're not planning on overclocking, the stock CPU cooler should work fine.
Most reviewers claim the temps are around 50C with the stock cooler.

Using a quality cooler and thermal paste is however recommended.
