Do I need to buy a new computer because of my motherboard?

I have been thinking about upgrading my GPU recently, but noticed I had only 1 PCIe slot
and underneath it a PCI slot. That's not a problem as I am only planning on having 1 GPU at a time.
But I noticed that my current GPU (gtx-650) fits 'perfectly' - the edge is near the CPU cooler.
I have taken some pictures:

I am afraid that a new, high-end GPU wouldn't be able to fit because of my CPU cooler.
What should i do? buy a new computer?
thanks ahead.

there are small versions of powerful gpu's

just measure the space for max length

the easiest thing to do would be to swap everything into a bigger case and fit a aio cooler onto the cpu

of course money would be an issue

power supply can be changed. my problem is the gpu...
