Do I need or should buy fans for this case, and if so how many? what size? front? rear? sides?

In the specifications tab (and the pictures) it says that it comes with 2 fans.
This is sufficient for most low-medium systems with only a couple hard drives and a single gpu.

Now if you are running 3+ hard drives or multiple gpus (or even high end single gpu) or other higher heat sources then you will likely want another intake and a top fan.
