Hello there, i lately got this issue with Call of Duty Warzone. The game is in unplayable state for me right now. I don't know why but it was really okay when the game came out 2 weeks ago. After a microsoft OS update and a few gpu driver updates later it started to drop FPS noticeably.

My rig can run most of the games on extreme but this one giving me and my CPU cancer. It runs on %100 the whole time. I even had to overclock it and now it runs on 4.10 ghz. What are your suggestions? is it because of bad optimization? what should i do? do i need to upgrade my CPU and if so, which is the best(compatible with MoBo) choice for me?

Solution
your gtx 1060 is probably fine, but consider upgrading your cpu to a Ryzen 5 3600X because it will run games noticeably better.
