Solution
bit late to the party but I'll add my two cents :) I have an i5 3470 as well, not OC'd, and with the stock cooler it would never hit it's turbo freq (3.6GHz). I picked up a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO for not very much and it works a charm :) Not sure where you're based so I'll put a couple of Amazon links to it :) Also note that this cooler is BIG, so you'd have to do some measurements on your case to see if it fits. (it fits mine well, mines a Zalman Z11 so if you have that you'll be fine :))

Hope this helps :)

Hi, thanks for your answer but I have one more question.
I am planning to buy Cooler Master GEMINI II S524 and I consider my budget also
Is this sufficient to hit its turbo freq.(3.6GHz) as you said.? or it is fine?

Just read a couple of reviews on Amazon for that cooler, I can't guarantee anything in terms of hitting turbo, but a guy on amazon said he had an 8-core AMD processor at full load, only hitting 50c which is good :) let us know how it performs :)
