I have bought a new pc that comes with everything but a decent gpu. the gpu in it is Intel HD630 Video Card. I was wondering if I had to disable or uninstall anything before installing my gtx 1050 ti?

You don't have to do anything physical to disable or uninstall.
Just screw the new GPU into the slot and connect the power if needed.
But one usually needs to go into BIOS to tell your motherboard "Use the PCIe slot for graphics, not the CPU."

Many motherboards may work by making that change automatically.
Many may work, but not in an ideal way.

Most motherboards won't display at all through the video card until you change the BIOS.
In that situation one must use the CPU video out to get into BIOS.
Change to PCIe graphics. Shut down. Switch the cable to the video card and reboot.
