I overclocked my e8400 to 4GHz by upping the FSB but I haven't done anything else, the core voltage is 1.216V is this okay?

Bus speed is 443

Rated FSB 1772

My DRAM frequency is 537.1MHz 5-5-5-15 2T timming.

are yo saying the ram is running too high? and it should be 533?

If you have DDR2-800, you can probably run it at 886 MHZ.
Test your setup with Prime 95 for errors and check your temperatures with RealTemp.
You should not exceed 70ºC.

I have tested my system with prime OCCT and not had any issues...yet.

My ram is 1066MHz
