do i need to enable my i5 7500 to auto-boost and how

Hi,
Sorry for this post again but i need to know how do i enable CPU Auto-boot upto 3.80 ghz as its given. because in bios its showing "CPU Speed 3.4 Ghz" and in Information Tab "Target Cpu Frequency Speed something 3.80 Ghz" there is also tab of Asus AI Tweaker which has option to enable AI Tweaker to "XMP or Auto". since i enabled to XMP because my ram Gskill 2400 mhz 8gb and in the system it showing 2133 Mhz. so please tell do i missing something here. or m already going in right path? auto-turbo is totally automatic?
About ram - it was running on 2133 mhz, i did turn on xmp profile 1 which turned into 2400mhz

Turbo boost on your CPU happens automatically, controlled by your motherboard. If you didn't turn it OFF. I wouldn't worry about it, it should kick in when the pc NEEDs it.

Well! I can only find option is xmp and auto for cpu speed something.
And also when I boot pc I see memory showing is ddr4 8gb 2133. So I enabled xmp now it showing 8gb 2400 mhz is it fine??
My memory is gSkill ripjaws V 8gb 2400 mhz
