The main question i need answered is whether or not i need a fan header splitter to run all the fans i'm getting (CPU fan + 4 case fans).

Solution

Yes it does. That fan header has more power in case you connect an additional water pump.
You could have a CPU water pump and a GPU water pump on that motherboard.
But if I were you I would connect the 2 case fans to a splitter and the 2 be quiet! fans to another splitter for better cable management.
You have exactly 5 fan headers on that motherboard, but I wouldn't connect system fans to the CPU and Water Pump Fan Connectors
Get a PWM Y-Splitter and connect two be quiet! fans to it. Those fans have 3-pin headers but if you decide to go with 4-pin fans you won't have to look around for another splitter.

2 fans also come with the case, what will i do about that?

Simple, connect them to the motherboard or get another fan splitter.
You have 5 fans header
1- CPU header (CRYORIG - H7)
1- Water cooler (in case you get one later)
3- Fan headers
You will connect the be quiet! fans with a splitter to a fan header, so you have two fans headers empty.
You could connected the case fans to the 2 empty fan headers or get a splitter and you will have one available.

The case fans might come with a Molex connector and if you use that connector they will run at full speed and it could get loud.

OK so does the "Chassis Optional/Water Pump Fan Connector" count as one? Because other than that i only see two Chassis fan connectors in the specs.

Ok awesome, is this kit fine?

Sorry for bothering you again but i just want to make sure. So i can plug a 3 pin fan into a 4 pin PWM header (and the splitter) without any problems?

OK awesome, thanks so much for the help!
