Do I need to install drivers to my pc built with windows 10? if yes, then which drivers?

I don't know what drivers do I need to install after windows 10 installation. My friend said that I need to install catalyst drivers for my amd r9 290x, but he also does not know if I need to install other drivers besides catalyst. So I need an advise.
