Do I need to install Norton Internet Security in Windows 10?

Hi, I used Windows 7 on my Mac as a dual boot system for almost 20 years. I always used Norton Internet Security. Now, I got a Thinkpad with Windows 10 pre-installed, is it better to just rely on Windows Defender or just install Norton Internet Security? I wonder if using Norton Internet Security will reduce battery life. Any idea?

No, you do not need to install Norton.
