I recently installed a TPM module 2,0 in Gigabyte Aeros Pro Z390 motherboard. But if I disable CSM and enable secure boot, the computer keeps going to bios and will not.

Does this mean I have to re-install Windows 10 with secure boot enabled in the bios? To get Secure boot to work?

Solution
No, but the result you are seeing could be because your HDD is formatted as MBR and you are changing the boot method to UEFI only. CSM - Legacy boot compatibility

In win 10, can you right click start
choose disk management
open next window so you can see all info in top and bottom columns
take a screenshot and upload to an image sharing website and show link here.

Can convert MBR to GPT, but I won't suggest that yet until I see what you have.
