Do I need to keep SYSTEM ERROR memory dump files?

THIS IS ALL NEW TO ME, (windows 7)DO I NEED TO KEEP SYSTEM ERROR FILES, MEMORY DUMP FILES OR DEBUG DUMP FILES? ANY HELP????

Depends --- If you have found the problem that caused the errors and dump files to be created then No you do not need to keep them -- If you are still having problems and want someone to be able to track down the cause by examining the files then Yes you should keep them !
