Hey guys, first off thanks for this community. Been using toms hardware for my troubleshooting for years. I have recently built a new rig and have some questions regarding XRP/Ram speed.

My specs:
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2x16) 3200MHz CL16 DDR4
ASUS Prime Z590-A Motherboard
Intel Core i7 11700KF

I randomly got reminded to check my RAM speeds and typed "wmic memorychip get speed" in CMD and 2x 2133mhz. So I investigated further and downloaded CPU-Z and this is what it reads. (Task manager shows 3200)

I went into BIOS and checked XRP profiles, my BIOS has Auto, Manual and XRP I and XRP II. I and II are the exact same voltages, timings ect. I assume my BIOS has some form of efficiency mode? Seems weird for my RAM speeds to be throttled. Any tips you guys can give me to achieve 3200mhz would be greatly appreciated as I've never played with timings before. Thanks a lot :)

Cpuz is showing the base speed but since it's double data rate...ddr ram...that means 1600x2=3200
