Do I need to Mount an ISO Everytime I run it?

This is my first time mounting an ISO and I got it to work fine but ,y question is, Will I need to go through the process everytime I run the program I mounted or is it a 1 time thing?

Once mounted, it will be there until you reboot.

Think about "ISO mounting" as "Inserting the CD into the drive". If you need that CD for your program to run, you will have to mount the ISO.
