do i need to overclock?

im getting my first pc i just intend to use it mostly for gaming and maybe a little streaming but i dont know wether to get a 6700 or 6700k do i need to overclock?

No, that are powerful processors, they won't bottleneck any graphics card on the market

But, the "K" processors are designed for that in mind.
Why give up a 20=30% performance boost.
