If i buy an amd ryzen 3 2200g apu or ryzen 5 2400g apu and then pair it with an dedicated graphics card, will its graphical power increase or not?PS I have heard that new ryzen apu with vega graphics have power equal to gt 1030.

pc not yet build but possible system specs-
ryzen 3 2200g or ryzen 5 2400g
Gigabyte - GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard(supported mobo)
graphic card-gtx 1050 or 1050ti
hdd=wd 1tb 7200rpm
ram=g-skill ripjaws 8gb 2400mhz-6400rs

If you pair a Ryzen APU with a dedicated graphics card, the graphics in the APU won't be used for gaming. Your gaming performance would be dependent on the graphics card. They don't add up or work together. In other words, it wouldn't make...
1) your title is somewhat misleading (do I need a gpu for Ryzen cpus? Vs Will certain cpus increase graphical performance?)

2) A vega card is MUCH more powerful than a 1030. Compare it towards a gtx 1070...possibly 1080 for higher end ones.

For your question...not quite. A higher cpu will decrease likelihood for bottlenecking (limiting performance of gpu), but with a 1050 or 1050 Ti, it shouldn’t happen often. A better cpu can however improve multitasking and speed up the system a bit depending on the cpus speed in ghz. But of course, the more cores, the better. What I’d say is if you are a streamer of sorts, go Ryzen 5 - 1050 Ti. If not, hold back a bit.

If you pair a Ryzen APU with a dedicated graphics card, the graphics in the APU won't be used for gaming. Your gaming performance would be dependent on the graphics card. They don't add up or work together. In other words, it wouldn't make sense to build a new system with an APU and a dedicated graphics card. The advantage of ryzen 5 2400g is that you get the gaming performance comparable to a GT 1030 all included in that APU (that's what AMD claims anyway).

Also - just because it has Vega graphics doesn't mean it will be anything like a Vega 56 or 64 dedicated graphics card... The 2400g only has 11 Vega Compute Units (CUs) compared to 56 CUs on Vega 56 and 64 CUs on Vega 64. If AMD's claims are true, it will be similar to having a regular CPU with a dedicated GT 1030. A GT 1030 is an entry-level GPU - not very powerful. Therefore if you really want a nice gaming machine then don't buy an APU - buy a CPU and a good dedicated GPU. The new desktop Zen+ CPUs will launch in April 2018. You certainly don't have to wait - the current Ryzen CPUs are great.
