Do I need to print of address label?

So My PC broke down and I contacted the company I bought it from and they said they will arrange a collection. Next thing I know I get a message from DPD that they will collect my package on Monday, but it says nothing if I need to print a address label or not. I would contact the company but they're closed on weekend and I can't find anything online. Do I need to print a label or not?

they should have sent you a label to print if they wanted it done. normally that is how it works for me anyway.

they can't expect you to send something without a proper label to ensure it gets to the right place.

I never had someone arranging a package thru DPD to collect it from me, normally you have to write the address on the box or you do it online and they just collect it and they stick their own label on.

I can't speak to DPD but I've had arranged pickups with UPS where the driver had the pre-printed labels with him.
