I own a Lenovo B570-1068AHU, it has an Intel Core i3 2330M (Sandy Bridge), and it is about 2-3 years old, and as I think, the temperatures have changed during the past year, I remember running minecraft and the CPU cores would run at about ~65 C and now it runs at ~72 C. Now the temperatures don't go below 50 C when idle, and when browsing the internet and doing normal stuff, it usually goes from 50 C to 65 C. Also, the other day I was bored so I fired up Google Earth's Flight Simulator and the core temps were at about ~75 C. I think it is running hot, but I am not sure if I need to re-apply thermal paste, I already have the thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5) but I am just not sure if I need to re-apply it.
Btw I am using Core Temp to measure the temperatures. Also, now the fan doesn't turn off, and it goes all the way to 100% very often.

Solution
No, you shouldn't need to. thermal paste lasts way longer than that.

It's dust in your system, take some compressed air and blow in the exhaust ports and intake ports.
