Recently, I cleaned some dust out of my computer and took off my heatsink to clean off some dust. I never thought anything of it until now, where i cant stream anything at 60fps (like i usually do). I could only assume that the thermal paste is the culprit, because it was de attachted from the cpu itself. I have tried reinstalling windows and no change. What do you guys think?

while playing games like overwatch it reaches a max of 50-60 celsius

Those temps are good.

Maybe you have an issue with your streaming settings, I don't know much about streaming..

Yes this is the best answer to his question. I suppose I was saying that reapplying thermal paste won't fix his issue because he isn't having an issue with heat. It will however be a good idea to prevent future issues.
