Do I need to re-install anything when changing between these 2 motherboards?

I'm working on my brother's PC. I want to change his motherboard from IPISB-CU (Carmel2) to a MSI H61M-P31 (W8). They have the same chipset and same CPU socket, and I will put back other old components to this new board (CPU, RAM, GPU, Hard Drive,... from the IPISB-CU (Carmel2)). Do I need to re-install or do anything after installation? If I need to re-install, are there any other options without re-installing Window? I don't think I have the win7 installation disk... I really want to just put the new board in and turn on the computer like normal without doing anything else. Thanks

What is the worst could happen when I install the new motherboard without re-installing window? Also, I heard that you can just uninstall any programs and applications related to the motherboard along with all the motherboard drivers in Device Manager. Then, you can just simply replace the motherboard, boot it on, and window will detect and install all the drivers again.

ok, I will do it on Wednesday. If it works, I will then pick a solution and close the case, thanks.
(just holding the hope it will work... I will uninstall all the programs, applications, and drivers related to the motherboard first though. Is it necessary?)

Nahh... It didn't work... -.- re-install windows is an only option... I'm re-installing right now. It's going to take hours... sigh. Anyway, it will be good after re-installing, so it's not so bad, I guess.
