do I need to reconfigure my computer?

I have asrock h61m-hvs motherboard, and I'm willing to buy i5-3470, Asus gtx 750 ti, and 8 GB ram.
So do I really need to upgrade my motherboard and reconfigure my build?

Your motherboard and CPU both have the same LGA 1155 socket, and 8Gb of DDR3 memory will fit and work, as will the VGA. Your motherboard is fine. I assume that you have a PSU that will run that VGA.
