Do i need to remove AIO cooler when moving motherboard to new case?

So im moving my PC to a new case and im wondering if i need to remove my H60 cpu cooler when doing so.

I dont really want to do it because ive already ruined 1 cpu by removing the cooler ( it had gotten glued to the cpu by the thermal paste)

No need to. May take two people though, one to hold the rad when installing the mobo, then just let it hang off the side of the case until it's time to mount it. For future reference, do a burn in test for 5min before removing a cooler. Turn it to the side so it becomes loose, not straight up.
