So I'm looking to buy a 212 EVO for my I7 4790K which sometimes hits around 80°C on loading screens of games. But I am not that handy, and don't really wanna take out my mobo and then put it back (since I probs will forget some wires or something.)

People told me that I don't need to remove my MOBO, this is what my backplate looks like, am I able to put the bracket in without removing my mobo?

The cooler that is now installed is the stock cooler from intel. Also no OC

Solution
You have rear access to your motherboard, so you should be able to get the back-plate on without removing the motherboard from the case quite easily. It will also make it easy to remove the stock cooler. Sometimes the push-pins jam and it can be a bear to remove. Pushing through from the back will make it a lot easier.
