[SOLVED] Do i need to replace my 8 year old CPU?

I have a Corsair HX650 Modular 80 PLUS Gold PSU and its still going strong but need to update my PC with new RAM, CPU and MotherBoard. I am abit tight on money so if i dont need to replace it i would rather not but if its a MUST to replace then i will. Just not sure the rule of thumb with PSU's

CPU: fx-8320
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
Ram: 16gb corsair (4gb x 4)
SSD/HDD: 1tb hhd 128gb ssd
GPU:gtx 1070
PSU: Corsair HX650 Modular 80 PLUS Gold
Chassis: Fractal design R4

Should be fine. Just replace the PSU when you replace the GPU.
