Current hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
So I ran the app Asrock Disk Health cause my computer was acting very slow in games with lots of stuttering no matter the resolution or the quality (i5 6400, R9 380 4GB, 8GB DDR4 RAM) and it says the current pending sector count and uncorrectable sector count is at 94 with the worst being at 85. I'm not sure if this is a really bad thing but I did the bad sector check thing on windows and it didn't find any bad sectors. I am starting to thing there's something wrong with the hard drive so should I replace it?

I can't get the computer to boot into SeaTools for DOS using a USB (I don't have CD drive) so I used SeaTools for Windows. My hard drive passed the short generic test but failed the long generic test.
EDIT: I managed to get the SeaTools for DOS to boot from a USB but my hard drive isn't being detected...
