[SOLVED] Do i need to restart my bios to deafault after update?

I got asrock 320m dgs and i at the end of flash bios tutorial there is a mentioning about that i should load default setting, but i dont really feel like i should do anything? Should i?

After a BIOS update, you need to restart the PC for the changes to take hold. It is possible that some setting may need optimized defaults loaded.

If you don't restart the PC, then the flash does not get completed. This could be a problem if a certain version needs to be installed before using a newer BIOS version.
