Do I need to SLI 760's for a dual monitor setup?

I'm going to be doing a dual monitor setup soon and I was wondering if I should get a second GTX 760.

If I were to stretch games across both screens, would I need a second 760?

If I were to just play 1920x1080 on one monitor and use the other for browsing, would I need a second 760?
