Do I need to update bios for ASUS Prime B450-A to use with a Ryzen 5 2400g?

So i'm buying a budget gaming pc with these specs

• 
  Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450-A
  CPU: Ryzen 5 2400g
  GPU:Vega 11 (Integrated)
  Ram: Patriot Viper Elite Gris DDR4 8GB 2400Hz]
  HDD: 1TB Sata

So the point is that i want to know if i have to update the bios on the motherboard to use the cpu.

No. The B4xx series motherboards are natively compatible with the second generation of Ryzen CPUs.

If you considered 3rd gen Ryzen's in future then you'll need to update bios. As above, not with 2nd gen.

Side advice. Since you're using integrated graphics, if interested, you'll get more performance from it with two faster memory sticks in dual channel.
