[SOLVED] Do I need to update bios on GA-AB350M-DS3H V2 with ryzen 2600

Getting a pc upgrade so I'm going to get the Gigabyte GA-AB350M-DS3H V2 and Ryzen 5 2600
it said on pcpartpicker that I may need to upgrade bios, do I have to do that?

also is that mobo reasonably good just need something that can overclock the cpu or is some other mobo better?
