Do i need to update my bios?

I currently have a HD 6670 GPU and im getting a Sapphire Nitro RX 480 4gb (already purchased), and i was wondering if i needed to update my bios beforehand, or any other things i need to do BEFORE i physically install the Graphics card.

A BIOS update usually fixes CPU probs not GPU probs
