Do I need to update the Bios to use a Kaby Lake Processor?

I am currently planning a build and I have chosen a Kaby Lake i5 7500, and the Asrock b250 pro 4. Will I have to update the bios prior to building? This is my first build and I don't have any other CPU laying around, I just need to know if it needs to be updated before I am able to use the i5 7500.
