Here is my rig, if you notice anything that you would recommended upgrading, please let me know. Thanks!

FX-8350
550w XFX Gold PSU
16gb DDR3 G-Skill Ram
MSI GTX 970 4gb OC
2 WD Black 1tb hard drivers
Asus Sabertooth 990fx R2.0
Windows 10 64 bit....
Let me know if you have any other questions.

What would be your budget? If I were you I would start saving up for a switch to amd zen when it comes out in a month or so. Switching to a zen cpu would require a new motherboard, DDR4 ram, as well as whatever zen cpu you choose.

You could upgrade your gpu only but that will only help in games where you aren't bottlenecked by your cpu. The 8350 is starting to show its age in newer titles like bf1, fallout 4, watch dogs 2 and many others.

Basically a CPU + GPU upgrade.
Since the CPU is as stated above getting a bit old your GPU upgrades are pretty limited by the CPU.
A rx480/GTX 1060 represent pretty poor value for an upgrade for example.

Good news is you got a great PSU
And 16GB DDR3 ram are still worth something so you might be able to sell it
Upgrading to AMD Ryzen(Zen)/Intel i5 with DDR4 RAM would be the upgrade path here.

If the budget is tight you can look for an used i7-4790k, maybe you'll get lucky. This would work with DDR3 and would only require a mainboard.

With that being said, my budget is kinda tight. What build could I make and still get the same results or better...and Is the Ryzen even out yet? Is there even MOBO's out yet? Could I keep some of my parts?
