Do I need to upgrade CPU??

I am having an EVGA SC GTX 770 along with Corei5 2400 on DH61WW board. Usually game at 1080p, not a big fan of overclocking. My question is do i need to upgrade my CPU to i7 or Xeon?
If Yes then any suggestion will be highly appreciated

Point to be noted is that i am not looking to replace my motherboard

Nothing that you listed needs upgrading but you didn't list the full system specs.

I have 6gb of ram (1333mhz) & corsair gs600 psu & 1tb hdd(5200 rpm)
anything else i am missing?

If that HDD is your boot drive thats what I'd look at replacing first. Grab a 120gb or larger SSD for the OS and use that 1Tb drive as storage.

Okay i will see that but i was unaware of the fact that a SSD also plays role in gaming

Guess Samsung 850 EVO would be my choice
