Do i need to upgrade my CPU

I currently have an I5 3470 @ 3.2ghz. Should i upgrade it?
if i were to upgrade, i would need a new motherboard as well (cause the Asus P8H77-V LE)
is only socket 1155 and i would probably need to get a new PSU because my current one isw only a corsair CX500 (shit i know)
Also what CPU's would you guys recommend?

i cant as i only have a stock cooler and it is not unlocked
