Question Do i need to upgrade my cpu

I bought a rx570 nitro+ 4gb 2nd and i'm using it with i3 2100. When i play pubg on low setting, it only have 60 and sometime drop to 30fps.

Yes, you'll need a better CPU to keep the FPS at 60.
