Do I need to upgrade my GPU or can I run Fallout 4 on medium to high settings?

I don't know what your upgrade budget is but you should buy these two things. You can sell your old CPU and GPU to subsidize part of the purchase price of the new parts.

CPU: Upgrade to i7-4790k
GPU: Upgrade to GTX 970

Well way better, the 370 is lower than gtx 950 and the 380 is better than the 960 so its much.

Thanks I probably won't be getting it for a while though but when I can I'll get the 380

I have an R7 370 4GB and I play fallout 4 on high settings. I get 45-55 fps except at night with fires going, for some reason that knocks down my fps to about 15.
