do i need to upgrade my psu?

i am using a dell insprion 620 are these parts comatible and do i need to upgrade my psu?

the cpu my desktop uses right now is a intel pentiume cpu G630 2.7 GHz

Not sure what PSU the Inspiron 620 has in it, but the GTX 750 doesn't need a PCIe power connector. It gets the 75 W from the PCI express slot. The Core i3 won't use much more power than the 630 dual core Pentium. If you have around a 300 watt PSU in the machine now, it should be fine. I wouldn't go under 250 watts to be safe.
