Do I need to upgrade psu for GTS 250?

I have a GTS 250 and I was wondering whether I would need to upgrade my psu to be able to use it
It is a psu that came with my hp desktop (p6-2260ea) (300watts)
+12Va = 12 A
+12Vb = 16 A
+3.3V = 12 A
-12 V = 0.3 A
+5.08V =13 A
+5.08Vsb = 2 A

Other specs:
Intel i3 2120 (LG1155)
1 SSD (Kingston v300)
6GB DDR3 (4GB+2GB) RAM
TP Link WiFi Card
DVD-RW Drive

I don't plan to play graphically intensive games, only sims 3 etc or change psu later on

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm not sure whether to upgrade psu or not.

Does that include the cpu as well?

Yeah i was wrong and deleted my previous answer.I failed to take into account your psu's wattage.Amps wise you are ok,but the 250 pulls 150w by itself.So that leaves another 150w for the rest of your pc.I wouldnt do it,as even nvidia recommends a minimum 450w psu for that gpu
