I have decided to upgrade my gaming pc.
I am keeping only :
the GPU MSI R9 380 4G,
the psu CORSAIR VS SERIES VS650(bought 02/2016) (?),
and all the hard drives.

What I am buying is:
CoolerMaster MasterBox MB530P,
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 ,
MSI X470 Gaming Pro,
G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz DDR4.
CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML240L RGB

So can I keep the psu or a n upgrade is needed?
If an upgrade is needed I 'd like something ~60euros as I am already over my budget.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
Yes, The CX550 is sufficient.

Guru 3d says this about your GPU: "AMD R9 380 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 500 Watt power supply unit."
I wouldnt trust your current setup with a VS650, let alone a new setup.

The VS Orange labeled units are basically fire hazards running dedicated graphics. The newer VS grey units are ok for a low budget system, but the R9 380 is power hungry and not ideal on any VS.

About $60 could get you a Corsair CX550
