Do I need to Upgrade Ram for my new CPU?

Okay so I'm getting the Intel Core 2 Duo E4700 @ 3.66Ghz Dual core replacing my old Intel Pentium 4 641 HT @ 3.20Ghz Do I need to upgrade my Ram? My Ram is running at "266.7Mhz"
FSB😀RAM 3:4.... Do I need to upgrade or am I fine with it?

You don't need to replace your RAM. Its fine, however i do suggest if you have 2GB or less that you pick up some extra RAM since DDR2 is very cheap these days.
