Question Do I NEED TO UPGRADE RAM OR CPU??

I have a dell vostro 2520 lap with me. its a 2 gb model. it lags a lot when opening more than 4 tabs in firefox or chrome. also take some time to launch the browser. i guess it has 2 slots for ram. do i need to upgrade cpu or put an extra 2 gb to solve the problem??? it has intel i3 2nd generation processor (i232
0).

Add more ram and you can open more tabs. The reason why it takes time to load any websites it's because of your hdd/ssd/m.2.

It's highly unlikely you'll be able to upgrade the CPU, most are soldered on to the mobo. Increase RAM and get an SSD if you haven't already got one.
