[SOLVED] Do i need to use DDU when going from one Nvida gpu to another?

Hello, Im looking to upgrade my gtx 1050(2gb) to the gtx 1660 super. I am wondering if i need to use DDU before I install the new graphics card. From my understanding DDU is only needed when you are switching from AMD to Nvida or when your gpu is having problems. Is it better to use DDU and uninstall the drivers or should I just take out my 1050, install the 1660 and reinstall the geforce drivers? Thanks for the help!

Usually reinstalling GPU drivers with clean install option is enough.
