Do i need USB Disk Security

I have windows 8 32bit installed on my laptop & i use Windows Defender. I try to keep Defender upto date always. Do i still need USB Disk Security. Pls reply?

No. Try Avast (free version) instead. And do a periodic scan with Malwarebytes too (also free)

Windows Defender is very poor , use Bitdefender Free and get rid USB disk security.
