Do I only need to install the driver disks that come with the motherboard and graphics card?

Hello, i just finished my pc build and have to get drivers. I installed the disk that came with the graphics card and the disk that came with the motherboard. Are these all the drivers i need? If it is not.What do i do

Go to the manufactures site and download and install the current drivers. the ones on the disk will be outdated

Well it is kind of a yes and no answer.

Yes that should be all the drivers you need to have the system function assuming you don't have any other extras like wifi cards or something else. However those drivers are old, and there will be much newer and better performing drivers on the website for the motherboard and graphics card.

The only real reason they still give out driver disks is because some times you need them to get online and basic functions working, if not for that they would of stopped a long time ago because the drivers on the disks are never the best drivers to be used.
