Do I really need a Card Reader on my new build?

I built a desktop in 2006, and have never used my multi-card reader. I just finished my daughter's build and it's working great, thanks to all the tips and advice I got here. But I didn't put a card reader since I didn't use it on my old (and currently still in use) build. Any thoughts. Thanks.

It's personal preference overall. Is it needed overall? No. Do you find yourself needing to access memory cards a lot through the day or week? Then, yes, I would install it. Do you only access one type of memory card at most once a month? Then, up to you, but I wouldn't. I would just use a USB adapter.

That's what I thought. I use USB for everything when connecting to PC...one less thing to install. Thanks...and Thanks to all others who posted advice.
