Do I uninstall then reinstall drivers for new AMD GPU?

I'm upgrading my AMD graphics card to a new one and was wondering if I need to uninstall AMD CCC then re-install it when the new card is in?

That's what I do to avoid any unforseen problems.

It's probably not necessary, but it's an extra minute to do all that, so it's of no concern to me.
