Hi, I am using a 3570k at stock clock with a Hyper 212 Evo. I have an ASRock Extreme 6 and a Phantom 410.

When I first build the computer about a week ago, I noticed that the bios temps were around 41..5C...really hot...so today I took off the heatsink, reapplied the Arctic silver 5, and readjusted the bracket so the heatsink wobbled less...it doesn't move at all anymore. When I rebooted, the bios was reading 42.5C...and CoreTemp as I'm typing this is showing 36-38C on the hottest core. What do I do?! (Ambient temp around 80F)

This brings me to my question. Does the fact that I am using integrated graphics make my CPU hotter? And what can I do to improve these temps overall? I saw a YouTube video of a guy running his 3570k at 4.4GHz and was only around 26C at idle. Something I'm doing isn't right...Thanks for all your help!!!!!

Please respond, I don't know what is wrong with my system

Thanks again!

I would recomend you go in the bios and drop the vcore @ 1.080-1.100 u can easyly run at 3.8gz with that and your temps will drop a lot. I was using 1.080vcore on stock cooler max temp under load was 65 celsius. Got a Dark Rock 3 and now at 4ghz with 1.165vcore am sitting on 55-59 celsius. Also that arctic silver 5 i heard it needs time to set around 30 hours.
